In response to market needs, IPBD/Gebel Sara created a Property Development Division in 2006. One of several projects completed is a purpose built showroom for a major car dealership.

Covering over 7,000 square meters built up area, the showroom is built on 5,000 square meters in one of the most prestigious locations in Erbil, on a major dual carriageway adjacent to the new Airport.

Built to international specifications, it has the following features:

The organization to whom this showroom was sold to has purchased another property built by us (a seven floor hotel building). This is in recognition of the quality of construction, price and time taken to complete.
